What we collect from this website
When you send the form or message us, we collect your name, work email, mobile number if you give it, and what you tell us about your business.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run your campaign. We do not sell your data.
How we measure this website
We keep a random visitor number in a cookie and in your browser's storage, along with the advert or link that brought you here. When you send the form to us, that information goes with it, so we know which adverts bring enquiries. Nothing you type leaves the page until you press Send.
How long these last: the visitor number 180 days, the first advert or link that brought you 365 days, the latest one 90 days, and a visit marker 30 minutes.
We do not currently use any outside advertising or measurement tools on this website.
You can clear these cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Messages we send you
When you send the form, we reply by email, and by WhatsApp if you gave a mobile number. If you are a client, we also send updates about your orders and batches.
We send follow-ups, offers and news only if you ticked the box on the form, or agreed in another way that we have recorded. We keep a record of what you agreed to and when.
To stop, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP on WhatsApp. Updates about an order you have placed continue, because they are part of the service.
Emails are sent through Resend and WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. They process your address and the message only to deliver it.
Data our clients give us
Lists that clients send us are used only for that client’s campaign, never shared with other clients and deleted when the client asks. Clients confirm their lists have been checked against the Do Not Call Registry before we call.
Call recordings
Calls are recorded so clients can review them and so we can check quality. Recordings are kept for retention period.
